South/co, has been founded in 2022 after two French/Australian friends, flew back to South of France and travelled to Portugal.

The legend says : "Two beers were opened, and couple of laugh later, an idea was born"

Being two epicureans, and chefs from trade, we wanted to create down-under some of the healthy food that some part of France has to offer. Originated from South of France, and spending our childhood along the Mediterranean coast, we had the chance to experience unique Vegan and Vegetarian food made from local ingredients by the locals.

Through what we cook, we hope to create some healthy additions to your meal and appetizer and contribute to some memorable time with friends and family around a table full of delicatessen.

South/co is all about tasty and conscious food for everyone, without the headache of intensive preparation.
